About us
This store is operated by Ashanti's Kitchenware, a kitchenware retailer. We are not the manufacturer of every product we sell. You can contact us at ashantiskitchenware@gmail.com or +233 (0) 20 194 4235. The shop is at 108 Dansoman-Sakaman, Alui Mahama Street, Blue Lagoon Loop, Accra. Ask the shop if you need this legal name on an invoice.
Using our site
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to provide accurate account and delivery information and to keep your login details secure. You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Products and pricing
All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) as displayed on the listing. We do not claim a separate tax breakdown unless an invoice from the shop says so. We try to describe and picture products accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly from images on your screen. Listings marked as demo, or with a SKU beginning DEMO-, are layout samples and are not offers for sale. Sale or “was” prices must be genuine previous selling prices set by the shop, not invented compare-at figures. If we discover a genuine pricing or description error, we will contact you before processing your order and you may cancel it. Product availability is not guaranteed and stock may sell out.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and accept your order. Online payment is processed by Hubtel (hosted checkout for card, mobile money, and GHQR) and/or Moolre (mobile-money prompt) when those accounts are configured. This shop does not collect card numbers or MoMo PINs. If online payment is not configured, we will not take card or mobile-money payment through this site. We may cancel an order if payment is not completed or is declined. An order is not treated as paid merely because a browser returns to a confirmation page.
Delivery
Collection is available at the Accra shop. If you choose delivery, we will confirm the charge, route, and timing with you on WhatsApp after the order. Checkout does not add a delivery fee and does not publish a free-shipping threshold. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
Your right to return items and receive refunds is set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Reviews and user content
If you submit a product review, it must be honest and based on your own experience of the item. Reviews are not independently verified purchases. They are held for the shop to read and are published only if staff accept them. Do not post unlawful, misleading or offensive content. We may refuse or remove content that breaches these terms.
Our liability
We provide the site with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Intellectual property
The Ashanti's Kitchenware name and our own photographs and copy are used for this store. Product names, logos, and designs of manufacturers remain their property. Listing a brand does not mean we make that brand, or that the manufacturer endorses this shop. Demo photographs are placeholders and must not be treated as the shop’s own product photography until replaced.
Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The last-updated date at the top is the version that applies.
