Looking after kitchen appliances
Unplug, wash removable parts as the listing says, and dry before you store the unit.
Daily use
Unplug before you wash. Removable jugs, bowls, and lids usually take warm water and a little soap. Do not immerse a motor housing unless the listing says it is safe.
Dry parts before you reassemble. Standing water in a jug or cooker bowl is a common way to shorten the life of a unit.
When something fails
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you have seven days to ask for a return. Keep the carton and the proof of purchase.
We do not invent star ratings. Specs that are missing from a listing should be confirmed with the shop.
Storage
Leave space around vents. Do not coil a hot cord tightly against the housing. If a rack or cabinet is listed with the appliance, measure the gap first.
